We will have some tickets available at the venue on the day of the event, but due to capacity limitations, we highly recommend that you buy the tickets online prior to the event date. The promotional Early Bird pricing is available until August 1st (or while supplies last). Activity tokens will also be available for sale on site, but purchasing them early allows you to skip the line and get straight to the fun!
The entrance ticket is necessary to help us manage venue capacity. To avoid delays at the entrance, please ensure that you have enough tickets for your party.
Your entrance ticket entitles you to enjoy the matsuri event and traditional performances. Food, game activities, and merchandise is not included in the entrance ticket. Please note that the revenue collected from entrance ticket sales goes directly to help cover the venue rental and to provide honourariums for our perfromers.
There is no major difference between the two other than the schedule of performances are slightly different. Please check the performance schedule above for details.
Each activity will require 1-3 tokens. Depending on how many people are participating in the activities, you can choose to purchase in groups of 10, 20, or 30 tokens. All revenue from token sales supports local non-profit organizations.
We have a variety of Japanese food and drinks available from our vendor sponsors. We will add more details here as they confirm their menus and offerings.
Accepted payments include cash, debit, and credit.
If you have a kimono or yukata, we encourage you to wear them and celebrate Japanese-style! Cosplay is also welcome! There is no set dress code!
Yes, parking is available on the south side of the building.
