Regina Japanese Cultural Club is calling for volunteers to help support key roles before, during, and after the Regina Matsuri event. All volunteers will receive free admission to the event as our way of saying "Arigatou" and "Thank You".

Volunteer Shifts and Roles
Most volunteer shifts will be divided between the morning admission and afternoon admission (10 am to 2 pm and 1:30 pm to 6 pm). We will also have setup and takedown shifts for the day before, the morning before, and after the event.

What if I can't fill the whole shift time for my role?
- That's okay! Please note this when you fill out the Volunteer Form. We'll work to accommodate your schedule.
What if I don't know my availability on August 29th?
- Please fill out the Volunteer Form and choose the shifts/roles you want. Answer the availability question, and our coordinator will follow up with you.
What if things change and I can't make my shift?
- Please contact our coordinator as soon as possible so we can fill your shift. Please do not skip your shift without letting us know.
